🔑 Borrower Requirements
- Investor with an executed purchase contract
- U.S. citizen or legal resident, 18 years or older
- Ability to provide a valid government-issued ID and entity documents
(LLC, Corp, or Trust preferred)
- Credit score 650+
(no major bankruptcies, foreclosures, or open judgments in the past 2 years)
📑 Deal Requirements
- Valid executed purchase contract with seller
- End buyer contract (for double closings)
- Clear title commitment showing no unresolved liens or disputes
💵 Financial Requirements
- Exit strategy in place (funding from end buyer, private/hard money, or cash reserves)
⚡ Timing
- Deals must be set to close within 1–10 business days
- All required documentation must be submitted immediately upon request
